 Our Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hot Takes Designs! Because our products are custom made-to-order and printed specifically for you when you place an order, we handle returns and refunds under the following guidelines:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the incorrect item entirely, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 
* To expedite a replacement or refund, please send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number to our customer service email. 
* Do not mail items back to us without contacting our team first.

 Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed inventory. As a result:
* We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. 
* Please carefully review the detailed sizing charts provided on each product listing before completing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

 Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered our automated printing and fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 Refunds 
Once a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
