Shipping & Processing Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hot Takes Designs! Because our apparel and accessories are custom printed-on-demand, our fulfillment process is split into two phases: Production and Shipping.

 1. Processing & Production Time
* All of our items are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it takes **2 to 5 business days** to print, quality-check, and package your items before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.
* During high-demand holiday seasons, production times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while we craft your custom piece!

 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
* **Standard US Shipping:** 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment.
* **International Shipping:** Delivery times vary widely by destination country (typically 10 to 21 business days). 

*Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.*

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

 4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hot Takes Designs is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or extra brokerage charges applied to your package by your country's government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 5. Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors first. Hot Takes Designs is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
